These terms and conditions apply to any use of all web pages under the domain name: www.panoversal.com (hereinafter collectively: the “Internet Site”) and to our entire service. In order to make the Internet site and the associated services available to visitors, Panoversal processes personal data in a number of cases. This privacy statement explains which data Panoversal uses for what purposes and what it does to protect your privacy.
Panoversal (hereinafter also referred to as “us” or “we”) respects your privacy and processes personal data in the capacity of controller in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as: the “GDPR”).

For example, you provide data when entering into an agreement with us, by entering your details on our Internet site, by giving us your business card, or by applying for a job. We may also obtain your personal data from other sources, such as your visit to our Internet site, a local lawyer, counterparties, the Trade Register, the Land Registry or by using public sources.
PURPOSES AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING:

agreement or the use of the Internet site;

• External suppliers in connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, such as courier services, IT suppliers, suppliers of communication services or other suppliers to whom we outsource certain support services.
• In the unlikely event of non-payment, the personal data will be made available to a third party engaged for this purpose to collect the claim.
Transfer of your personal data to the above third parties only takes place for the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement and exclusively on the basis of the principles stated in this Privacy Statement.
Third parties to whom we provide your personal data are themselves responsible for compliance with privacy legislation. Panoversal is neither responsible nor liable for the processing of your personal data by these third parties. Insofar as a third party processes your personal data in the capacity of a processor of Panoversal who is not itself a controller, Panoversal will conclude a processing agreement with such third party that meets the requirements set out in the GDPR.
In order to provide our services, it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data to a recipient in a country outside the European Economic Area. In that case, Panoversal will ensure that such transfer of data is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Persons who have access to your data on behalf of Panoversal are bound by confidentiality.
